Production Superintendent
Requirements
- Ready to be located at overseas
- Minimum experience : 10 years production experience with 5 yrs as a supervisor
- Maximum age : 55 years
- English Speaking : Mandatory
- French or Arabic Speaking is advantage
- Working system : Rotational, 28 days On / 28 days Off, 12 h/d
- Knowledgeable in Upstream OE practices & implementation
- Experience in turbo machinery
- Knowledeable in Honeywell DCS control system
- Strong leadership, planning & organizational skills
- Strong oral & written communication in English
- Diploma in Engineering studies
- Good managerial and interpersonal skills are crucial
- Conceptually sound and technically experienced in getting the things done.
- Timely contribution of data and upkeep of events related to production, onshore plant condition, downtime and maintaining of record.
- Team player capable of working in a multi-discipline, multi-cultural team environment with a desire to mentor and develop less experienced staff.
